         1.  Need user name and password (Use 2 letters)
         2.  Need credit card
 

Buying
        1.  Finding an item
        2.  Submitting a bid
        3.  Follow up if you are high bidder
        4.  Rating the seller
 

Paying
         l.  Personal Check
         2.  Money Order
         3.  Credit Card
         4.  Pay Pal
 

Selling
        1.  Obtain Internet site to post pictures - (Can obtain from your service provider.)
        2.  Organize pictures - (Use Digital Camera or Scanner)
        4.  Post pictures to your Internet site - (Use an FTP program)
                  Remember the html address and the names of the pictures.
                  (Ex: http://pcfl.net/bodine/ebay/picture1.jpg)
                  Note:  Companies will do pictures and Descriptions for a fee.
        5.  Complete selling page - (Below is some of information needed)
                  Description, Shipping costs, Insurance, etc.
                  Note: Sites use HTML language
        6.  Follow up after the sale
                  A.  Send the High bidder amount of postage, insurance, etc.
                  B.  Rating the buyer.
